Is this package right for me if I haven’t been officially diagnosed with menopause?

Absolutely. This package is perfect for anyone in perimenopause or menopause, even if you're still figuring out where you're at. If you’re experiencing changes in energy, mood, digestion, sleep, or weight, this can help.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

Yes - paying upfront is what allows me to offer the $73 discount. It also helps streamline the process so we can focus on you, not admin.

What if I book the package and then change my mind?

Because this package is designed as a discounted bundle, it’s non-refundable once purchased. However, sessions can absolutely be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice and I’ll always do my best to accommodate your availability.

Can I just book one session to try it out first?

If you’re unsure about the package, single sessions are available at full price. But the package is a great way to dip your toe in, get extra support and save money, all without committing to anything long-term.

What if I have other health conditions too?

That’s totally fine. Whether you have thyroid issues, insulin resistance, high cholesterol, or other concerns, I’ll take your full health picture into account when building your plan. This is tailored support, not one-size-fits-all.

I’ve already tried everything. How do I know this will be different?

Do I have to book all three sessions at once?

You’ll book your first session following checkout (look for your welcome email with the booking link) and then we'll schedule the two reviews at a pace that suits you. Typically, sessions are spaced at least a couple of weeks apart, but I’ll work around your needs.

Will I need to keep working with you after the package ends?

Only if you want to. There’s zero pressure to continue after the three sessions. But if you’d like more support, we can talk about what that might look like down the track.
